Return Process

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Package

  Place your items back in their original luxury packaging and ensure the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
